Cenplex Building Services recognizes that the proper training of its employees guarantees a qualified, capable individual with the ability to perform their assigned task safely and effectively. We show our employees that we care about their daily performance through proper training, job recognition and evaluation. Our employees reflect that care by showing pride in their work, assuring you optimal performance at your facility. Did you know? Cenplex offers a unique monthly safety class to all employees on topics such as chemical safety, proper use of protective equipment, and emergency management. The objective of any training program is to provide all employees with sufficient knowledge, classroom training and on-the-job training regarding all aspects of safety, quality, chemicals, procedures, equipment, security and time management. Our employees are cautioned to be alert to such possible hazards as fire, electric shock, improper storage of equipment, slippery floors, etc. We also emphasize “good manners” and professionalism. We stress the importance of paying attention to detail communicating with the supervisors and taking initiative. Regular staff meetings are held to review updated techniques, equipment, new chemicals, etc. We recognize employee contributions and conduct regular performance evaluation for all levels of employees. Our employees feel confident and informed. Job training contributes to our employees positive moral and self-esteem. Cenplex achieves and ensures a safe workplace by conducting an extensive safety program. Training on safety starts from the first day an employee is hired and ends the day that employee leaves Cenplex Building Services. Prior to an employee starting on the job, each employee is given an extensive safety training program with topics to include chemical safety, slip hazard, Haz-Mat/Haz-Com, lift precautions and many other safety topics. Then each employee is required to attend a monthly safety meeting with a standing topic being Haz-Mat/Haz-Com and a second selected topic.Each contract is provided with an M.S.D.S. (to include the Employee Right to Know Act information) handbook and an Employee Safety information handbook. All contract supervisors are required to conduct and maintain training and training records on all employees. Safety training and safety programs are reviewed on a quarterly basis by the manager of operations so that adjustment and updates can be implemented.
