Cenplex Building Services is a full service janitorial company with a 25-year tradition of excellence in commercial and industrial services. We began operating in March 1983 and have since grown to cleaning approximately ten million square feet per night. With our extensive building maintenance programs, we strive to make the places where people spend their days attractive, clean and comfortable.  We are equally committed to providing a superior level of service and expertise on each project.  Our service planning begins with an extensive site survey to customize a cleaning schedule that fulfills the requirements for the facility, equipment needs, productivity rates, work time estimates and manpower requirements. 

Our management teams are active in the janitorial management community and routinely attend seminars conducted by the National Association of Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).

During the past years, Cenplex has enjoyed rapid growth and has expanded our services all over the southeastern region of the United States.  We provide services to over 81 clients and employee over 650 full and part-time janitorial personnel. In 2004, Dwight ("Dee") Riley joined Cenplex as Vice President of Operations. This past summer he became President of Cenplex Building Services.  Our senior management team brings a total of over 100 years experience in the janitorial and building maintenance industries to our clients.

Cenplex has the privilege of providing service for a variety of clients comprised of multi-tenant office space; an assortment of manufacturing facilities including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, textiles and electronics; child care facilities; both public and private secondary schools; community colleges; medical offices, clinics and research facilities; sports arenas and entertainment complexes; government buildings; credit unions, banks and retail space.  Our owners, director of operations, area managers and site managers have collectively over one hundred seventy five years experience in our industry and have the knowledge it takes to oversee the many varied projects that we manage.
